I have a painting by Al Mettel.It is the old swedes church in Wilmington Del.Across the top it says,copyright 1938 Al Mettel,Minneapolis,Minn.This is written in ink by the artist.Along the bottom it says The old swedes church,Wilmington,Del.also written in ink.On the bottom right corner it has his signature and below that 1/100/38.The strange thing about this beautifull painting is that when i re framed it,i found a small sketch below the frame on the painting,it was a viking ship.Someone told me this was called a remark.Is this true,is this painting water color or ink and does it have any value.I would appreciate any information on this. I have a very large oaval print full color ,with a number and printed FR Boucher Hel Braun & cie .I have found the subject by artist Francois Boucher \"Sylvia freed by Amintas \".I have know date and can\'t find anything more about the publisher can any one help with more information. Date of print and potential value of it?
Is it an etching or engraving ? Francois Boucher did a series of four overdoor oil paintings for a Parisian hotel.

Anthonius Henricus Toon Koster Oil on canvas Painting dated 1967 and signed in lower left corner. I acquired this painting from a relative and for personal reasons have made the difficult decision to sell. I have listed the painting on E bay for $3000 with the option to submit best offers. The size of the painting is approx. 49.5x45cm unframed. It is a gorgeous evening scene with a glowing red moon over a Marsh with three geese in flight. It was painted at the Academie Rotterdam in Holland and from the Gallery \"Rembrandt\". Hello everyone,
I have purchased a box of black and white photographs in the form of dias. There are 59 dias all of world famous artists and their most famous paintings etc. such as Leonardo da Vinci, Michel Angelo and Raffael.
They are of extremely high quality and amazingly well kept.
Most have the label Braun, Clement and C.
The dias represent in my opinion a true historical art study frozen in time the early 1900s.
My question is are they of any real historical (not commercial) value ?

I Have 2 pictures 1 by Leon Girardet \"A mom and Barric\" The inscription is hard to read but thats what I think it says, it has a man in uniform sitting on steps with a glass in his hand and a woman in the doorway with a pitcher the print is black and white except the womans lips are red at the very bottom of the print below the picture is a drawing of a tray with a bottle and a glass on it. I have a 28x24 oil painting on canvas signed by Campuzano.Signature is aqua in color with no initial. It\'s an old man with a white beard smoking a pipe.
